Warning: Directly Querying FeedComment Is Only Supported for Admin Users in Version 23.0 and Higher

The following warning appears for the FEED_COMMENT table in my connector logs:

Implementation restriction: directly querying FeedComment is only supported for admin users in version 23.0 and higher
