Why does my Khoros Care connection take a long time to sync?

Answer

Fivetran syncs Khoros Care data by requesting a report for each table. Khoros may take up to 30 minutes to generate these reports. If we try to access the report before it is fully generated, we may not be able to include the data in the sync.

To ensure data integrity, we wait up to 30 minutes for each report to finish generating, which may extend your connection's sync time.
