Why does the connector take a long time to sync?

Answer

The connector syncs data by requesting a report for each table. Khoros takes up to thirty minutes to generate each of these reports. If Fivetran tries to access the report before Khoros has finished creating it, Fivetran may not be able to include the data in the sync.

To ensure data integrity, Fivetran allows thirty minutes for each report to generate, which can lead to a longer-than-expected sync time.
