Records and tables are missing, or fields are not updating correctly.

Environment

Connector: Jira

Resolution

To resolve these issues, ensure the Jira user authenticated with the connector has the necessary roles and permissions for each entity listed in our Jira prerequisites.

You can also find the appropriate roles and permissions using our Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Each table in the ERD includes a link to the relevant Jira REST API documentation outlining the required permissions.

Cause

These issues occur when the Jira user authenticated with the connector does not have the necessary permissions.
