Why is a custom field missing from the destination?

Answer

We do not sync a custom field if we do not know how to handle it. However, if you do not see a custom field you would like to sync listed, contact our support team.

Cause

The data type of the custom field is not supported. The following warning appears in the logs (custom field number varies):
