Does Fivetran Mark Archived Projects as Deleted?

Fivetran updates the records associated with deleted Jira projects with _fivetran_deleted=TRUE. Does Fivetran also mark archived projects as deleted?

No, we don't mark archived projects as deleted. We use webhooks to capture project deletions and update the corresponding record in your destination with _fivetran_deleted=TRUE. However, archiving a project doesn't trigger the applicable event. As a result, when you archive a project, we don't update the corresponding record with _fivetran_deleted=TRUE.

To ensure we mark a project as deleted in your destination, you must delete it instead of archiving it. For more information, see Jira's Configure and manage projects documentation.
