ListingBucketErrorException Error

The Google Play connector fails with the following error:

java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: java.lang.RuntimeException: com.fivetran.integrations.exceptions.ListingBucketErrorException: Error listing...

What does this error mean? What should I do?

Answer

The error occurs when the user who connected the bucket no longer has permission to access that bucket.

To resolve the error:

1. Open your browser using incognito mode.
2. Login to your Fivetran dashboard and select the connector.
3. From the connector dashboard, click the Setup tab.
4. Click Edit Connection Settings.
5. Click Re-authorize Connection.
6. Follow the popups.
