Error: No Networks to Access

Issue

The Google Ad Manager connector fails with the following error:

AuthenticationError.NO_NETWORKS_TO_ACCESS @

Environment

Connector: Google Ad Manager

Resolution

To resolve this issue, do the following:

1. Ensure the connecting user can access the Google Ad Manager (network).
2. Check whether your network code has changed or remains the same:
   1. Go to your Ad Manager network.
   2. While logged in, locate your network code from the URL. For example, in the URL, https://www.google.com/dfp/2032576#delivery, the network code is 2032576.
   3. Check that the code from the URL matches the code in your connector setup form.
3. Confirm that API access has not been revoked by following the steps outlined in Google's documentation.
