Algolia Setup Guide Lite

Follow our setup guide to connect Algolia to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect Algolia to Fivetran, you need an Algolia account with Administrator access.

Log in to your Algolia account.
On the navigation menu, click Settings.
In the General section, click Infrastructure.
Go to the Analytics tab.
Make a note of the Analytics Region. You will need it to configure Fivetran.

On the navigation menu, click the Overview icon.
Click API Keys.
Make a note of the Application ID and Admin API Key. You will need them to configure Fivetran.

In the connector setup form, enter your Destination schema name.
In the Analytics region drop-down menu, select the analytics region you found in Step 1.
Enter the Application ID and API key you found in Step 2.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Algolia data.
