We now support the OAuth Server-to-Server credentials authentication method.
Effective January 1, 2025, Adobe will deprecate authentication using Service Account (JWT) credentials. Therefore, we recommend that you migrate to OAuth Server-to-Server credentials to continue syncing your Adobe Analytics data.

December 2021
The Adobe Analytics connector now supports priority-first sync. Priority-first syncs fetch your most recent data first so that it's quickly ready for you to use. Adobe Analytics' priority-first syncs fetch the last fifteen days' worth of data from the reporting tables.

The Adobe Analytics connector now fetches data using multiple breakdowns without any limitations. Previously, we used a top limit value for dimensions, and the dimension selection order played a crucial role in determining how we sync your data. Note that your syncs now may take longer.

The Adobe Analytics connector now allows you to create and sync data from multiple configurations. See our setup instructions for more details.
New connectors created after February 9, 2021, will support this new functionality by default.
November 2020
We now support Adobe Analytics 2.0 Calculated Metrics. On your connector setup form, in the Calculated Metrics drop-down menu, select the calculated metrics you want to sync. If you'd like to enable this feature on your connector, contact our support team.
September 2020
We now support Adobe Analytics 2.0 APIs. All new connectors created after September 22, 2020 will support Analytics 2.0 APIs. Existing connectors will continue to use Analytics 1.4 APIs.

We have updated the REST API configuration parameters to support new authentication mechanisms for the following connectors:

We now support JSON Web Token (JWT) Authentication for the Adobe Analytics connector. All new connectors created after June 29, 2020 will support JWT authentication.
April 2020
You can now configure your Adobe Analytics connector using the Fivetran REST API. This feature is in BETA and is available only for Standard and Enterprise accounts.

We have fixed a problem where customer records were overwritten in the destination, causing data mismatch. Fivetran will re-sync the connector to resolve the issues.
We now support aggregations at the hour and day level. Use the new Aggregation field in your connector setup form to fetch data based on your desired date granularity.
November 2019
You can now select how many months' worth of reporting data you'd like to include in your initial sync. Choose from the following options:
- 3 months
- 6 months
- 12 months (default)
- 24 months
- All time
