Auth0 Setup Guide Lite Private Previewlink

Follow our setup guide to connect Auth0 to Fivetran.
Prerequisiteslink
To connect Auth0 to Fivetran, you need an Auth0 account.
Setup instructionslink
Create applicationlink
- Log in to your Auth0 account.
- On the navigation menu, go to Applications and click Applications.
- Click Create Application.
- Enter a name for your application.
- Select Machine to Machine Applications application type and click Create.
- Select a registered API to authorize your application.
NOTE: For more information, see Auth0's documentation to register APIs.
- In the Permissions section, select the required permissions and click Authorize.
- In the Settings tab, go to the Advanced Settings > Grant Types.
- Select Client Credentials.
- Go to the APIs tab and set the Authorize toggle, adjacent to your API to, ON.
Find client credentialslink
- Go to the Auth0 dashboard.
- On the navigation menu, go to Applications > Applications.
- Select the application you created in Step 1.
- Go to the Settings tab and make a note of the Domain, Client ID, and Client Secret. You will need them to configure Fivetran.
Find API audiencelink
- Go to the Auth0 dashboard.
- On the navigation menu, click Applications > APIs.
- Make a note of the API Audience. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
Finish Fivetran configuration link
- In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
- Enter the Domain, Client ID, and Client Secret you found in Step 1.
- Enter the API Audience you found in Step 2.
- Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Auth0 data.
