Why Are the created by and last modified by Columns Missing From the Destination?

Issue

The created by and last modified by columns can be found in the QuickBooks' Transaction Detail by Account Online report. Why are they missing from the destination?

The columns created by and last modified by are not supported by QuickBooks' API.
