Error: You Submitted a Request That We Don’t Support
Issue
The connector setup test fails with the following error:
You submitted a request that we don't support. Reach out to our support team for help.
In addition, the connector logs show the following error:

Resolution
This error occurs when a user enters an invalid or incorrect data center ID in the connector setup form.
To resolve this issue, do the following:
- In Qualtrics, locate your data center ID.
- In your existing Fivetran connector dashboard, go to the Setup tab and click Edit connection details.
- Enter the correct data center ID in the Data Center field.
