Lucca Setup Guide Lite

Follow our setup guide to connect Lucca to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect Lucca to Fivetran, you need:

Log in to your Lucca account.
Click the Settings icon and select Authentication, SSO and API > API Keys.
Click Generate API Key.
In the Key name field, enter a name for your API key and select the permissions you want for the API key.
Click Generate API Key.
Make a note of the API key. You will need it to configure Fivetran.

Find your subdomain in your Lucca URL and make a note of it. For example, If your URL is https://xyz.lucca.net/home, then your subdomain is xyz.

Find the server where your account is hosted in your Lucca URL, and make a note of it. Your extension represents the sever region.

If your URL is https://cheese-and-wine.ilucca.net, then your extension is .net and the server is French.
If your URL is https://chocolate-and-watches.ilucca-test.ch, then your extension is .ch and the server is Swiss.

Find your environment in your Lucca URL and make a note of it. Your domain represents the environment of your application.

If your URL is https://cheese-and-wine.ilucca.net, then your domain name is ilucca and the environment of your application is production.
If your URL is https://chocolate-and-watches.ilucca-test.ch, then your domain name is ilucca-test and the environment of your application is testing.
If your URL is https://chocolate-and-watches.ilucca-demo.net, then your domain name is ilucca-demo and the environment of your application is demo.

In the connector setup form, enter your Destination schema name of your choice.
Enter the API key that you generated.
Enter the Subdomain that you found.
Depending on the account server you found, select the Environment that you found.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your data from your Lucca account.
