Intercom Multiple Scroll API Warning

While creating an Intercom connector, I see the Multiple Scroll API Warning. What does this warning mean? What should I do?

Answer

Because of Intercom limits for Scroll API, you can only use your Intercom credentials for one integration at a time. Therefore, if you use your Intercom credentials for a third-party integration while also using your Intercom credentials for the Fivetran Intercom Connector, your Intercom connector will continuously fail.

As soon as you stop the third-party integration, the Intercom connector will start fetching the data during the next incremental sync.

We recommend you not to use the Scroll API while using your Intercom credentials for the Fivetran Intercom Connector.
