incident.io Setup Guide Lite
Follow our setup guide to connect incident.io to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect incident.io to Fivetran, you need an incident.io account.
Setup instructions
Generate API Key
Log in to your incident.io account.
Go to Settings > API Keys.
Click Create API Key.
Enter a name for the API key.
In the Choose permissions section, select the view, list, and read permissions you require.
Click Create.
Make a note of the API Key. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
NOTE: If you do not have API Keys available in the settings, reach out to incident.io Customer support to request API access.
Finish Fivetran configuration
In the connection setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
Enter the API Key you generated.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your incident.io data.
