Confluence Setup Guide Lite
Follow our setup guide to connect Confluence to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect Confluence to Fivetran, you need a Confluence account.
Setup instructions
Find domain
Find your Confluence domain in your Confluence URL and make a note of it. For example, if the URL is https://fivetraninc.atlassian.net
, then your domain is fivetraninc.atlassian.net
.
Create API token
On the navigation menu, click Security.
In the API token section, click Create and manage API tokens.
Click Create API token.
Make a note of API token. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
Finish Fivetran configuration
- In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
- Enter the Username of the Confluence account you want Fivetran to use to access your data.
- Enter the domain you found in step 1.
- Enter the API token you created in step 2.
- (Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
- Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Confluence data.
