Why is historical data missing after the connector's initial sync?

Connector: Apple App Store

Answer

The Apple App Store Connect API stores historical data for a limited time only. If you created your API key with admin permissions, you can run a connector re-sync. A historical data re-sync is available 31 days after the first one.

If you created analytics reports by yourself, ensure that:

• You waited two days after the creation of the historical analytics report request
• You set up the connection or run a re-sync only two days after the creation of the historical analytics report request
