Error: You Have Reached the Maximum Access Authorizations for This Integration

Issue

While setting up a connection, the following error appears:

You have reached the maximum access authorizations for this integration. You cannot authorize this integration again until you revoke at least one of the authorizations.

Environment

Connector: Airtable

Resolution

To resolve this issue, do the following:

1. In Airtable, click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
2. Go to Integrations > Third-party integrations.
3. Select an existing Fivetran integration.
4. Click Revoke access.
5. In Fivetran, set up the connection again.

Cause

Airtable limits each user to a maximum of 20 authorizations for the same third-party integration, such as Fivetran. When you reach this limit, you can't authorize a new integration (by setting up a new connector) until you revoke an existing one.

Therefore, this issue occurs when the same Airtable user attempts to authorize more than 20 Fivetran connections. For more information, see Airtable's Third-party integrations via OAuth documentation.
