Unable to Access Schema Tablink

When I go to the Schema tab in the Fivetran dashboard, an error occurs and the connector's schema information does not appear.

Verify that the Custom Domain Name (also known as tenant name or organization name) you specified in the setup form and its format is correct. For more information, see our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM's setup guide.
Causelink
This error occurs because the Dynamics 365 API call failed to get the schema information from the /EntityDefinitions endpoint.
You can find the detailed error message in your browser's developer console. For example:
ERROR fetching configuration: HTTP error 400 while standard config for <integration name>
com.fivetran.setup_test_runner.client.exceptions.CustomServiceException:
