Iterable Setup Guidelink
Follow our setup guide to connect Iterable to Fivetran.

To connect Iterable to Fivetran, you need an Iterable account.
Setup instructionslink
Find webhook URLlink
Make a note of the automatically-generated URL at the bottom of your connector setup form. You will need to register this webhook URL in Iterable.
Generate an API Keylink

Log in to the Iterable Dashboard.

In the top menu bar, select Integrations -> API keys. This will open the API keys dashboard.

Click + CREATE NEW API KEY.

We recommend that you choose Standard as the API key type.
If you don't choose the Standard API key type, then Fivetran will not sync the following tables:
USER_HISTORY
USER_UNSUBSCRIBED_CHANNEL_HISTORY
LIST_USER_HISTORY
USER_DEVICE_HISTORY
USER_UNSUBSCRIBED_MESSAGE_TYPE_HISTORY
If you don't choose the Standard API key type and you do not register the webhook URL, then Fivetran will not sync the following tables:
USER_HISTORY
USER_UNSUBSCRIBED_CHANNEL_HISTORY
LIST_USER_HISTORY
USER_DEVICE_HISTORY
USER_UNSUBSCRIBED_MESSAGE_TYPE_HISTORY
EVENT
EVENT_EXTENSION

Click Create.

Make a note of the API key. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
Register Webhook URLlink

Return to the main Iterable Dashboard.

In the top menu bar, select Integrations -> System webhooks. This will open the System Webhooks Dashboard.

Click + CREATE WEBHOOK. This opens a pop-up window.

Enter the webhook URL you found in Step 1 in the Endpoint URL field.

Select No Auth as the Auth Type.

Click Create Webhook.

Once the webhook is created, scroll to the right and click Edit.

Select Enabled, then select all the events that you want to sync.
Finish Fivetran Configurationlink

Enter your chosen destination schema name in the connector setup form.

Enter the API key that you generated in Step 2.

Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Iterable data.
