Issue

While waiting for my initial sync to complete, the following error appears when I go to the Schema tab.

Answer

To resolve this issue, wait for the initial sync to complete before going to the Schema tab.

Cause

This issue occurs when you attempt to view or configure your Zuora connector's schema before we complete the initial sync.

We use Zuora data model entity relationships during an initial sync to replicate the data into your destination. Your connector's schema may vary depending on the features enabled on your account.

As a result, we don't display a predefined schema in the Schema tab until we have completed an initial sync and fetched all objects applicable to your account.
