API Invocation Failure

Issue

Some of the tables listed in the Braze connector are not available. The following error message appears:

Cannot retrieve list due to API invocation failure

Also, the connector fails when it tries to sync again.

Environment

Connector: Braze

Resolution

1. Verify that the API has all the necessary permissions.

2. Trigger a manual sync.

3. If the issue persists, generate a new API key.
