Why Are My Pending Orders Missing Cost-Related Data?

Why are many pricing-related columns null for orders in the pending state, such as order_total_amount?

Some information for the order, including pricing, is not returned from Amazon's API while in the Pending state. As a result, these columns will appear null in your destination. See Amazon's API documentation for more information.
