Sync overview
To capture new records, we incrementally sync the MEETING
, MEETING_REPORT
, and MEETING_PARTICIPANT
tables and their child tables.
To capture updates and deletes, we re-import the following tables and their child tables in every sync:

We populate the
MEETING
table only for the user IDs with meeting hosting and scheduling privileges.
Limitations
- We do not support Webhook events.
- The Zoom API does not return data of more than 90 days for the Webinar and Meeting endpoints.
