Reltio Setup Guide Lite Private Previewlink
Follow our setup guide to connect Reltio to Fivetran.
Prerequisiteslink
To connect Reltio to Fivetran, you need:
- A Reltio tenant URL
- API access

Decide environmentlink
Decide the environment you want to use to connect with Fivetran. Reltio supports three environments:
- Development
- Production
- Test
Find subdomainlink
- In a web browser, enter your Reltio tenant URL.
- Enter your Reltio Username and Password.
- Find your subdomain in the URL of your Reltio dashboard (environment). For example, if your dashboard's URL is
https://dev.reltio.com/abc/xxxxxxxxxx/aaa
, then your subdomain isdev
. - Make a note of your subdomain. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
Generate client credentialslink
In your Reltio Hub, click App Selector > Console.
Go to the Security section and open the Client Credentials application.
Select the customer for which you want to manage the application clients.
In the Clients page, click Create New.
In the Create new client page, specify the following details:
- Client ID
- Description
- Roles
- Client secret
TIP: Reltio recommends that you leave this field empty, so that you get a secure randomly generated secret.
- Authentication Methods
TIP: By default, both the Basic and Post methods are selected.
- Access Token Validity
- Contact name
- Contact email
Click Submit.
Make a note of the client secret that is generated. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
Finish Fivetran configuration link
- In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
- Enter your Tenant URL.
- Enter your Environment.
- Enter the Subdomain you found in Step 2.
- Enter the Client ID and Client secret you generated in Step 3.
- Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Reltio data.
