Follow our setup guide to connect Attentive to Fivetran.

Prerequisiteslink

To connect Attentive to Fivetran, you need a Attentive account with API access.

Setup instructionslink

Create custom applink

1. Log in to your Attentive account.
2. Go to the integrations setup page.
3. Click + Create App.
4. Enter the App name.
5. Enter your Contact email.
6. Grant Write permissions for the Product Catalog API.
7. Click Create.
8. Click Copy and make a note of the API key. You will need it to configure Fivetran.

Enable subscription webhooks for your applink

1. In the integrations setup page, select the custom app you created in Step 1.
2. In the Settings tab, click the Webhooks tab.
3. Set the Event Webhook Status toggle to ON.
4. In the Subscribe to event notifications section, select Subscription webhook.
5. Click Save.

Finish Fivetran configurationlink

1. In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
2. Enter the API key you created in Step 1.
3. Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Attentive data.
