Issue

The initial or historical sync is slow and takes a long time.

Answer

Due to the App Store Connect rate limit, syncing analytics metrics may take a long time. See our Apple App Store prerequisites for more information. As a result, this issue may occur if you include analytics tables in your sync.

To resolve this issue, deselect any unwanted analytics tables from your sync.
