Error: F_JR0E62: This Integrate Job Is Prevented from Starting

Issue

One of the following errors appear:

F_JR0E62: This integrate job is prevented from starting because a refresh job 'jbchan1-refr-edgqa-jbdp2' has started but did not complete yet. If this is not the case, this block can be manually removed by removing control files matching '*.ctrl-jbchan1-integ-jbdp2-*_block' from hub directory '/usr/hvr/hvr_config/router/edgedata/jbchan1/control'. This block will be automatically removed when the mentioned refresh job completes.

F_JT143C: The previous error occurred while processing new control file '/usr/hvr/hvr_config/router/edgedata/jbchan1/control/5c796629_42f4d_32260.ctrl-jbchan1-integ-jbdp2-refr_edgqa_jbdp2_block'.

Resolution

This block is created at the location $HVR_CONFIG/router/<hubname>/<channelname>/control on the hub machine. There may be multiple files, depending on whether sliced refresh is used. Make sure to remove the correct file.

To resolve this issue, do the following:

1. Navigate to the block file location.
2. Delete the file.
3. Restart the integrate job.

Cause

When a refresh job starts, HVR creates a refresh block file preventing the integrate job from running. If the integrate and refresh jobs run simultaneously, this can lead to data inconsistency.
