Error: F_JR0E28: License File Has Restrictions on Number and/or Classes of Capture Locations

Issue

The following errors appear:

F_JR0E28: license file has restrictions on number and/or classes of capture locations. Allowed limits are unlimited capture locations of 'sqlserver' class. The following location exceeds the limits: X. Please contact Technical Support.

F_JB0E01: The previous error occurred while testing if hub's license will still be valid after applying the changes. The changes that were attempted will result in one or more channels to fail their license checks, which might break running jobs if there are any. Attempted changes are not applied.

Resolution

Check the configuration for the channel to remove the capture action from the location group that gets the error.

Cause

HVR supports Snowflake as a target/destination location and not a source. This error message indicates that the impacted location group, specified as having exceeded the limits, is incorrectly marked as a source in the configuration.
