How Can I Remove a User Who I Deactivated Using Okta?

I have deactivated a user in Okta, but they still appear greyed out in the list of users in Fivetran. How can I remove them from Fivetran?

Answer
When you deactivate a user in Okta, we soft delete the user. See our Okta SCIM supported features for more information.
To remove the user from your list of users in Fivetran, do the following:
- Go to Account Settings > General.
- Set the Enable SCIM Provisioning toggle to OFF.
- Go to Organization > Users.
- Find the applicable user, then click the trash can button in the relevant row of the user list.
- Click Remove to confirm the delete action.
- Go to Account Settings > General.
- Set the Enable SCIM Provisioning toggle to ON.
