How Can I Add an Unprovisioned User When SCIM is Enabled?

I have enabled System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM), and I want to add a new user to Fivetran. However, I haven't provisioned the user in Okta or Microsoft Entra ID.
How can I add the unprovisioned user to Fivetran?

Answer
To add an unprovisioned user to Fivetran, you must disable and re-enable SCIM:
- Go to Account Settings > General.
- Select the Account Settings tab.
- Set the Enable SCIM Provisioning toggle to OFF.
- Go to Account Settings > Users & Permissions.
- Select the Users tab.
- Click + Add User.
- Provide the required user details, then click Add User.
- Return to Account Settings > General.
- Set the Enable SCIM Provisioning toggle to ON.
