What Happens When I Remove a User From My Account?

What happens when I delete a user from my account, and how are the connections they added affected?

Connections
Removing a user from Fivetran doesn't impact the functionality of the connections they added. However, when you remove a user who set up a connection, the First connected by field in the connection's Setup tab will show Removed User
instead of the user's name and email address.
Access and settings
Users may have access to multiple Fivetran accounts. When you remove a user from an account:
- We remove them from that account's user list.
- We clear their permissions and team memberships for that account.
When you remove a user from all Fivetran accounts they can access, we fully delete their:
- Name
- Email address
- Settings, such as permissions and team memberships
When you re-add a user, you must assign new permissions and team memberships. If the user's email address matches a registered SAML identity, they can log in using single sign-on (SSO) as usual.
