How can I view my account's open, pending, and closed support tickets?

The Fivetran Support Portal
Answer
To view your support tickets in the Support Portal, go to My Cases > Requests.
In the Requests tab, you can view tickets you've created and tickets that include you. It's not possible to view all tickets that were created by anyone in your organization.
You can use the Status drop-down to filter your tickets by their status: open, closed, or awaiting your reply.
