Downloading HVR

HVR and HVA (High-Volume Agent) builds are available for download on the Downloads page of your Account Settings:

• If you have an HVA license, you can find HVA download links in the Settings tab.
• If you have an HVR license, you can find HVR download links in the Downloads tab.
• If you have both HVA and HVR licenses, you can find HVA and HVR download links in the Download tab.

• If you do not see the Downloads tab, it means access must be enabled for you. For this, you need to create a support ticket.

• If you do not find a required HVR version in the Downloads tab, you can request it by creating a support ticket.
