Why Don't I Receive Email Notifications for All Alerts in the Fivetran Dashboard?

I enabled all notification and alert settings, but I don't receive email notifications for some alerts that appear in the Fivetran dashboard. Can Fivetran send email notifications for all alert types, including warnings?

Answer
No, Fivetran sends email notifications for error-level alerts, but not for warnings. Fivetran alert types include:
- Errors: Critical events, such as a failed sync or a connection issue that requires user action.
- Warnings: Non-blocking issues, such as skipped fields or duplicate columns.
Warnings appear in the Alerts tab in the Fivetran dashboard, but they don't trigger email notifications, regardless of your subscription settings. To avoid excessive emails, we limit notifications to error-level alerts and specific events, such as sync failures after 48 hours and sync delays.
