Login Redirect Loop When Signing in to Fivetran
Issue
While signing in to Fivetran with valid credentials, Fivetran redirects you back to the login page without displaying an error message.

Resolution
To troubleshoot this issue:
- Clear your browser's Fivetran-related cookies and cached site data.
- Open an incognito or private browsing window, then try to sign in again.
- Try signing in from a different device or mobile network to rule out local session or network issues.
- If your email address contains a
+character, check with your identity provider (IdP) or SSO administrator to confirm that your email address is accepted as valid and isn't filtered or modified during authentication. For more information, see Single Sign-On. - If the issue persists, contact our support team.
Cause
This issue occurs when persistent browser cookies or cached site data interfere with authentication. It can also occur when an identity provider handles an email address unexpectedly, such as by filtering or modifying aliases that contain +. Clearing browser data or signing in from an incognito or private window resolves most instances.
