Schema Tab Displays Continuous Loading Spinner

Issue

After adding a new connection, all setup tests pass. However, the connection schema doesn't load as expected in the Schema tab. Instead, it shows a continuous loading spinner.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, reduce the number of tables you want to sync. For optimal performance, we recommend configuring the Log Journal Schema/Library to journal up to 300 tables.

Cause

When you add a new connection, we fetch the metadata for all tables defined in the log journal configuration. If the log journal is configured to track too many tables, this process can take too long and cause the user interface to time out before it can display the list.
