How Can I Subscribe to Fivetran Status Updates?
Question
How can I subscribe to Fivetran status updates? Can I receive updates only for individual components?
Environment
The Fivetran Status Page
Answer
You can receive Fivetran status updates by subscribing to the Fivetran Status Page. The Status Page is an online dashboard that displays the operational status of all platform components and areas. It provides real-time updates about incidents, an overview of how all platform areas have performed over the last 30 days, and information about historical incidents.
We don't report all user-reported issues on the Status Page, but all incidents, issues, and maintenance that may impact you (for example, schedule maintenance, platform downtime, or unexpected errors). In addition, we provide regular updates about most issues.
Current incidents
The Status Page displays incidents currently impacting the platform or individual components at the top. On the right side of each incident, you can click Subscribe to receive alerts about it.
30-day overview
Scroll down to see an overview of the incidents that affected Fivetran over the last 30 days. Components are grouped by categories, such as marketing, human resources, productivity, files, and sales.
Hover over each day for an overview of the incidents affecting each category. To view the 30-day overview of a particular component, expand the category list by clicking the black plus (+) sign to the left of the category name. Alternatively, you can type the component name in the search bar.
