Resolution

To resolve this issue, email a valid sample file to the email address provided in the Send your emails to field of the connector setup form. For more information, see our Supported file formats documentation.

Cause

To successfully set up and test your connector, we require you to send a valid sample file to the email address provided in the connector setup form. For more information, see our Email connector setup guide.

This issue occurs when you save and test your connector without sending a valid sample file.
