Why Can't I See Proxy Agent Logs Older Than Three Days?

Question

Why can't I see Proxy Agent logs older than three days?

Environment

  • Database connectors
  • Connection method: Proxy Agent

Answer

Proxy Agent logs are retained for three days to limit storage usage and manage log volume. Logs older than three days are automatically deleted and cannot be retrieved.
