No, it's not possible to enable TDE while creating an HVA Oracle connection using Terraform or the Fivetran REST API. However, after you create the connection, you can enable TDE in Fivetran:

1. Go to your HVA Oracle connection page.
2. Select the Setup tab.
3. Click Edit connection.
4. Set the Using TDE Encryption toggle to ON.
5. (Optional) If your database uses a password-based keystore, enter your TDE Wallet Password. Leave the field blank if your database uses an auto-login keystore.
6. Click Save & Test.
