How Can I Adjust How Often I Receive Sync Delay Notifications?

I receive too many or too few sync delay notifications. How can I adjust the delay threshold to determine when I should receive delay notifications?

To determine whether a connector is delayed, we consider the following:

• The connector's sync frequency.
• The average duration of its syncs over a rolling 14-day period.
• The connector's Delay Threshold setting value.

See our connector notifications documentation for more information. To adjust your existing connector's Delay Threshold setting value, do the following:

1. In your Fivetran dashboard, go to your connector page.
2. Select the Setup tab.
3. Select an option from the Delay Notifications drop-down menu that describes how often you want to receive notifications. A summary of your selection appears below the drop-down menu.
   • If you choose the Custom option, you must specify your preferred delay threshold in minutes and then click Save.
