Can multiple dbt projects be used for one Fivetran destination?

Answer

It is not currently possible to run multiple dbt projects into a single destination. Our recommendation is to use a destination for each project.

Cause

When you enable dbt in a destination, it will stop the existing transformations until they're set up in dbt. The new destination won't have any connectors, and so it won't change the data the connectors write.
