How can I enable the MultiSubNetFailover=Yes setting on the hub repository to support failover in a SQL Server High Availability (HA) setup?

To enable SQL Server HA failover support, start the hub server from the command line and set the MultiSubNetFailover=Yes parameter using the HVR_ODBC_CONNECT_STRING_ADD environment variable. See the example command below:
