Why did Fivetran automatically pause my connection after the free trial?

Answer

Fivetran provides a 14-day free usage period for all new connections, which begins after the initial sync completes. During connection setup, the Keep this connection running after the free trial period toggle is set to ON by default. If you set this toggle to OFF, we automatically pause the connection when the free trial ends to help prevent unintended charges.
