Resolution
To resolve this issue, try the following:
- Close any open Fivetran tabs, especially tabs with
/connections/<connection_name>in the URL. - Open a new browser tab and go directly to the Fivetran dashboard.
- Clear your browser cache and site data for Fivetran.
- Open the dashboard in an Incognito or Private browsing window to check whether cached browser data is causing the issue.
If the issue doesn't occur in an Incognito or Private window, it is likely caused by a stale browser session, cached data, or an outdated bookmark.
To prevent the issue from recurring, update or remove bookmarks that include connection-specific paths.
Cause
This issue occurs when the dashboard tries to load a connection that no longer exists or that you can no longer access.
This is commonly caused by stale browser data, such as an old bookmark, cached page, or previously opened tab that still references a deleted or inaccessible connection.
