How do I get access to connectors in Private Preview?

Answer

While many of our Private Preview connectors are available to add within your Fivetran dashboard immediately, some of them are not. You need to contact our support team to request access to them. We will provide you with a link to access the relevant connectors.

IMPORTANT: See our Release Phases documentation to know more about the user experience of connectors in the Private Preview phase.

Cause

We hide connectors in the Private Preview phase from non-participating users.
