Error: Cannot Connect With Private Networking Due To Pricing Plan Limitations

Syncs fail. The following error appears:

Cannot connect with private networking due to pricing plan limitations.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, you must do either of the following options:

• Upgrade your Fivetran pricing plan to a Business Critical plan. To learn more, contact your account manager or see our Pricing page.
• Utilize a connection option other than private network connectivity. For more information, see our Database Connection Options documentation.

Cause

We only support private network connectivity for organizations on our Business Critical pricing plan. This error appears when you configure your connector to use private network connectivity then downgrade your pricing plan from Business Critical.
