Error: Failed To Connect to Database Host. Error: Illegal base64 Character 20

Issue

Setup tests fail at the Connecting to Host step. The following error appears:

Failed to connect to database host. Error: Illegal base64 character 20

Environment

High-Volume Agent connectors

Resolution

This issue occurs when the Agent_Server_Public_Certificate value you enter in the Agent Public Cert field of the connector's setup form contains extra space characters. This may happen when you copy and paste the certificate value. To resolve this issue, remove any additional spaces from the Agent Public Cert field.
