Transformations Are Not Running on Schedule

Issue

I have configured my transformation to run on a custom schedule. However, it doesn't run at the set time.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, do the following:

1. In Fivetran, go to the Transformations page.
2. Select the applicable transformation.
3. Select the Schedule tab.
4. Uncheck the Smart syncing check box.
5. Click Save.

Once you have applied the change, your transformation will run independently of its associated connectors' sync schedules.

Cause

When you enable Smart syncing, models run on the set schedule, but only when associated connectors have finished syncing, which may result in transformation run delays. For more information, see our Transformation custom scheduling documentation.
